How can I upgrade, there is no menu option for it?

Mac App Store Purchases

If you purchased from the Mac App Store, there is no upgrade option in the menu since the Mac App Store does not support upgrades. If you wish to stay in the App Store, you will need to purchase the next version of the app from the Mac App Store.

Direct Purchase

You can purchase an upgrade to the latest version by downloading the app and purchasing from the in-app store.

NOTE: If you purchased PDFpen 11  / PDFpenPro 11 after January 1, 2020, your upgrade to version 12 is free. 

Download the latest version of the app:

The first time you launch the new version of PDFpen/PDFpenPro, you will see this upgrade window

When the upgrade window appears, follow the prompts. Choose your option and proceed.

Already have an upgrade license? 

1. Launch the application
2. Choose "Purchase / Register PDFpen..." from the Application menu (PDFpen / PDFpenPro) next to the Apple menu.
3. Enter your license code
