How do I get a refund?

To return an app purchased from the Smile store, send us your name, email used to purchase, and license number.

To return an app purchased from the Mac App Store or iTunes Store, you'll need to request a refund from Apple. Go to the Apple site below, log in with your Apple ID and request a refund through the  "Report a Problem" link.
