How do I get a tool to revert to the Edit tool after each use?
By default, a tool will stay selected after each use. Any tool which is in continuous use mode is dark blue.
To override continuous use mode, double-click the tool. When the tool turns light blue (or, for the latest versions slightly darker grey), it is in single use mode.
In single use mode, the Edit Tool will become active after each use of a tool.
Set the default mode of a tool:
- From the menu bar choose PDFpen > Preferences (⌘comma).
- In the Editing tab choose to turn on or off "Keep tools selected after use."
