Where is the option to “Start with Cover” when viewing a document in Facing Pages?

PDFpen and PDFpen 11 and later remembers settings for Facing Pages view per individual document. Locate settings under the View menu. If you have View > Facing Pages selected, the following menu items will activate:

• Pages Right-to-Left
• Start with Cover

Your settings will remain persistent every time you open this particular document.

In PDFpen and PDFpenPro 10 and earlier, Facing Pages settings are available under Preferences. To specify, whether a document starts with the cover (one page alone), or a two page spread:

1. Choose PDFpen/Pro > Preferences > General tab
2. Under Facing Pages, choose “Select with 2-page spread” or “Start with cover.”

Because this is a Preferences setting, your setting will remain persistent for all documents opened in PDFpen.
