I lost my serial number, how do I find it?

Enter the same email address you used to purchase in our serial number lookup.

If the lookup does not return your license, it could be your purchase is linked to another address, or you may have made a purchase from the Mac App Store. You can check the Mac App Store by launching the Mac App Store app and clicking on Purchased, then searching in the Purchased section for the app name.
